Crepuscular Rays

Crepuscular Rays

Crepuscular rays are beams of sunlight that appear to radiate from the point in the sky where the sun is located, typically during sunrise or sunset. These rays occur when sunlight passes through gaps in clouds or between objects, scattering dust and moisture in the atmosphere. The contrast between light and shadow creates the dramatic shafts that seem to fan out across the sky.
