Soul Nebula

The Soul Nebula (IC 1848) in Cassiopeia is a 150-light-year emission region about 7,500 light-years away. Hydrogen-rich red and cool blue reflection zones highlight young clusters, dense pillars shaped by stellar winds, filaments, dust lanes and bright protostellar knots.
